CoreSelect provides a detailed summary of the degree to which a candidate's assessment results match the job success profile. Results are presented graphically on a range of key behaviors that suggest whether the candidate would be an appropriate fit or not. CoreSelect also provides follow-up interview questions that help the hiring manager determine whether certain "low-scoring" behaviors are caused by hard-wired behaviors of the candidate, cultural influences or transitory life circumstances.
